There are 31 kindergarden sight words. These are words that a child is expected to recognize on sight, without sounding them out.

This is a flashcard program. Click "Begin" to start. Each of the 31 sight words will be shown. If your child correctly recognizes the sight word, click "Yes!". If your child is wrong, click "Oops!". Oops words are added to the back of the pile, and will be shown again.

To finish, your child has to get all 31 correct. This means you have to click "Yes!" 31 times. If you click "Oops!", your child will get another chance to recognize the word, later.

The time is recorded from start to finish. As you work with your child you will see this time go down. Click "Previous Scores" to see your child's earlier results.
